If you are authorized to acknowledge alarms for the Locations you can view, you are authorized to acknowledge those alarms remotely.

Open
Alarms view.
- Select the alarm you want to acknowledge.
- Tap . At the prompt, type the action taken, select a predefined comment (if required) and add extra comments (optional).
- Fill in the required information and then tap Acknowledge.
