To set Location description display options for all Locations on the dashboard:
- In Sites Manager on the Dashboard tab, select Settings > Dashboard Location Settings.

In the Dashboard Location
Settings window, modify the description display options:
- Description
- Choose to display the Location description (as specified in Location Properties) above, below, or beside the data reading.
- Description format
- Description format
- Save your changes
