Before cleaning up the settings, make sure that you have saved a copy of the log files.
You can completely remove the settings of an earlier setup from the QML data logger. Before uploading the new setup, reset the data logger and clean up the settings of the earlier setup.
The cleanup erases the following data from the QML data logger:
- Static parameters and parameter sets (factory settings and calibration values are preserved)
- Log files from /Log
The cleanup does not delete the setup file on the QML data logger, which, after the reset, restores the default station settings. To avoid this, delete or replace the setup file before executing the logger content cleanup.
CAUTION Erasing station settings from a remotely managed QML data logger may render it inaccessible for further remote maintenance. Use with caution.
