Allen key
Install the axle for the hinge, and connect the lowest mast tube to the pedestal tube.
  1. Take the axle for the hinge from the plastic bag labeled Hinge Set.
  2. Thread one hex screw with the washers to the axle.

  3. Lift the mast tube on the hinge and install the axle.

  4. Thread the other hex screw to the axle and tighten both ends with an Allen key.
