Use the ATEST command to test the analog output. The ATEST command will force the output to the given value, which can then be measured with a calibrated multimeter. The command uses the currently selected analog output mode (voltage or current), so you do not have to specify the unit.
Before testing, check the currently set analog output mode using the ATEST command. After testing the output, give the ATEST command again to exit the test mode.
