You can import a configuration file from a USB Flash memory to a display to replace the existing configuration.

CAUTION The imported file replaces the existing configuration. Always make a backup copy of the existing configuration before importing a new one. See Exporting configuration files to USB Flash memory.
  1. To insert the USB Flash memory into the display, remove the front cover of the display.
    1. Loosen the fixing screws for the front cover.
    2. Remove the front cover.
  2. Enter Maintenance mode.
  3. On the Advanced settings page, press Configurations.
  4. Insert the USB Flash memory in the USB port.

  5. The Configurations page displays a list of the available configurations in the USB stick. If nothing is displayed, press Refresh.
  6. Select the file that you want to import to the display.
    CAUTION The imported file replaces the existing configuration and restarts the device.
  7. Press Import.

    The display imports the configuration file and restarts the device automatically. This may take several minutes.

    CAUTION Do not touch the device until you see the data pages displaying normally after restart.
  8. Remove the USB Flash memory.
  9. Reattach the front cover of the display and tighten the fixing screws for the cover.
