  • Administrator username and password to Web UI
  • Connection to device through Web UI
  • Firmware update package (includes the necessary firmware files and release notes)
  1. In the Web UI, select System > Operations and check the current firmware version. Select Update.
  2. Select Browse, locate the new firmware file, select the file, select Open, and Update.

    The filename is DA10GW-<version>.firmware. The update takes a couple of minutes.

    When the firmware is updated, the device restarts, and you are directed to the Login page.

  3. Log in to the Web UI.

If the firmware is not updated, try again to update it. If the firmware is still not updated, see Troubleshooting DA10 firmware update.
