You can configure up to 4 NTP servers for time synchronization in the Kaiku Web UI. Server 1 is the preferred NTP server, Server 2 is the secondary NTP server, and so on. The system tries to synchronize time with the servers in the order they are listed. If the first server is unavailable, it will proceed to the next one. This hierarchical approach ensures that the most reliable and preferred server is used whenever possible, while still providing fallback options.

Multiple NTP servers make sure that the time synchronization is redundant, accurate, and resilient. It ensures continuous time synchronization even if one server fails. The system can compare time data and choose the most accurate source. In addition, multiple NTP servers protect against network issues or server outages that could disrupt timekeeping.
