The M12 connector kit for PR53 includes a connector kit that allows using the existing wiring of PR-33-AC with PR53 refractometers.
The kit contains the following items:
- Cable CBL211463: power supply and analog output connector
- Cable CBL211464: RS-485 Modbus RTU connector
Using the wiring orders shown in Power supply and analog output connector (CBL211463) and RS-485 Modbus RTU connector (CBL211464), the power supply and analog output cable CBL211463 and RS-485 cable CBL211464 are compatible with the existing PR-33-AC wiring order. The RS-485 cable CBL211464 has a different wiring order because of the change from Ethernet communication to RS-485 based communication.
- Remove the plugs covering the connector ports.
- Install the connectors and tighten to 4 Nm.
- Connect the wiring as shown in Power supply and analog output connector (CBL211463) or RS-485 Modbus RTU connector (CBL211464).
