Technical description

Measurement type includes the properties of a measurement value as listed in the following table.

Table 1. Measurement type properties
Key Example value Description
parameter AIR_TEMPERATURE Defines the measurement parameter.
unit DEGREE_CELSIUS Defines the unit of the measurement.
statistics VALUE Defines the statistical type of the measurement.
period PT1S Defines the statistical period for the measurement.
height 2.0 Defines the height of the measurement from the ground surface level in meters.
dataLevel LEVEL_TWO Defines the level of measurement value. LEVEL_TWO equals the meteorological parameters converted from initial measurements.

All timestamps are reported in the ISO format and are in the UTC+0 time zone.
