  1. Vaisala provides the new software as a file. Copy the file to the root folder of a FAT32 formatted USB memory stick. For compatibility, it is preferred to use the USB memory stick delivered with the WID device.
  2. Insert the USB memory stick into your WID device.
  3. Go to Menu > Advanced, enter your PIN code, and select SW Update.
  4. Select the software update file and press Apply update to apply the update.
When updating is finished, the device restarts automatically and is ready for use.
