- Stop measurement as instructed in OPT100 User Guide (M211858EN).
- After the measurement cycle has stopped, switch off the power supply from SW1 in the OPTPSU cabinet.
- Locate the correct temperature sensors to remove, see Figure 1.
- Cut the cable ties holding the wires in place.
- Study the route of the original sensor wire or take a picture of it.
- Unplug the temperature sensor connector from the Control Unit, X04.
- Loosen the old temperature sensor bolts.
- Use wire cutters to remove the glue. Use a box cutter or a file if needed. Make the surface as smooth as possible.
- Remove the old wires and recycle them according to local regulations.

Install the new temperature sensors and the sensor covers.
- Lead the cables to the Control Unit using the same route as the original cables.
- Connect the temperature sensor cables to the Control Unit, X04.
- Using cable ties, tie the cables together with other cables.
- Swtich on the power supply from SW1 in the OPTPSU cabinet.
- Start measurement as instructed in OPT100 User Guide (M211858EN).
- Check the device after 2 hours to see that there are no errors.
