This document contains instructions for replacing the temperature sensors of OPT100 Optimus DGA monitor. Before you begin, make sure that the DGA monitor has the latest software version. Ask for the update package from Vaisala helpdesk if needed and follow the instructions in OPT100 User Guide (M211858EN) to update the software.
It is recommended to change all temperature sensors at the same time. Especially the pump leg and MHT411 temperature sensors need to be changed at the same time. The oil block temperature sensor can be changed separately.
