To calculate field gain and field offset, you need to take samples from the process liquid.
  1. Take samples from the process liquid and take a field sample.
  2. Repeat as many times as needed.
To calculate offset and gain you need at least two points. Take samples from process conditions with a wide span in the measurement range.
  3. Calculate field gain and field offset from the data points.
  4. Go to Menu > Concentration curves.
  5. Select the concentration curve and Modify adjustment.
  6. Modify the values to Offset and Gain.
If there is already a previous field calibration, before calculating the offset and gain values for a new field calibration, reset the values as follows:
    • Offset: 0
    • Gain: 1
