If DA10 has been activated already at the factory, you need to reactivate it only after a factory reset.
  • Device activation code sticker (1 pc for DMU801-DA10)
  • USB-C cable or Ethernet cable
  1. Connect your laptop to the USB port of DMU801-DA10.

  2. Open a web browser and go to the Web UI address:

    https://192.168.10.2

  3. Web browsers do not trust a self-signed certificate. If you are logging in for the first time, the browser indicates that the connection is untrusted or insecure. Ignore the warning and continue to the site.
  4. Type the device activation code in the Activation code field.

    The device activation code is delivered with other product documentation. The code is unique for each DA10. Check that the serial number in the device activation code sticker matches the serial number of your DMU801-DA10.

    Store the device activation code in a safe place. You have to re‑enter the code after a factory reset. If you forget or do not know the device activation code, contact Vaisala.
  5. Select Activate.
  6. After typing the correct device activation code, you are prompted to create an administrator user account. Create a username and password for the Administrator user, confirm the password, and select Create.
    Store the username and password in a safe place. If you forget your username or password, you have to reset DMU801 to factory settings.
    The Administrator user account is created, and the Web UI main page opens.
