|WARNING Do not open the power supply unit. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the unit. If the power supply unit is faulty, replace it.|
|WARNING Make sure that nobody is viewing the unit from the beam direction with magnifying optics.|
|CAUTION Always use the specified cables. The wrong type of cable can damage sensors or the system.|
|CAUTION Do not damage or change the wiring. Incorrect wiring can cause damage and prevent or limit operation.|
|To prevent electrostatic discharge, avoid touching component contacts or connectors.|
The power cable plug (EU and US version) is specified to a maximum of −40 °C (−40 °F). Do not install or exert mechanical stress on the plug when the temperature is below −40 °C (−40 °F).
| The power supply must be protected with a
fuse. The maximum sizes of the fuses protecting the power line:|
- Connect the power cable.
On the interface unit, turn the mains switch ON.
Check that the power supply status is OK (DC power status LED is green).
