- Connect the wire with the gray stripe to the + screw terminal, and the unmarked black wire to the − screw terminal.
- 2
- After connecting the + and − wires, adjust the length of the cable, make a loop on the cable next to the lead-through, and tie the loop with a cable tie to add strain relief.
CAUTION Do not bend or twist the cover of the transmitter when opening. See the instructions in Opening and mounting. |
- Open the transmitter cover as instructed in Opening and mounting.
- Make a small hole in the plastic membrane of the lead-through at the back of the transmitter. Only cut a hole big enough to lead the power supply wires through the rubber seal.
- Pull the wires inside the transmitter and connect the + and − wires to the screw terminals as shown in INDIGOPOWER24VSP mains power supply wiring inside the transmitter enclosure.
- After connecting the + and − wires, adjust the length of the cable, make a loop on the cable next to the lead-through, and tie the loop with a cable tie to add strain relief.
- When you have completed the wiring, nest the power supply cable in the groove at the back of the transmitter (see Indigo200 wiring options), so that the cable does not push the transmitter off the installation surface.
- Mount the transmitter and reattach the cover.
