Vaisala offering for fuel cell applications covers the following products:

- Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitters HMT317 and HMT337 with warmed probe
Performing measurements in hot, near-condensing environments such as fuel cells is a challenging task, and the humidity sensor of the probe must be adequately protected against saturation to allow continuous measurement. The specific fuel cell-optimized settings of the Vaisala probes quickly warm up the entire probe head above dew point temperature, so that condensation can be avoided.
| CAUTION Make sure that the probe head is constantly heated when the probe is installed in fuel cell environment. The humidity sensor will be damaged if heating is interrupted in this environment. |
