You can download a diagnostic data package from the DMU801 Web UI. The package includes data log files that are useful for troubleshooting purposes. Also the station parameters are included in the diagnostics package.
If you encounter an error situation and need to contact Vaisala technical support, you can provide the diagnostics package to help with troubleshooting.
