The recommended way to check the firmware versions of data loggers in your system is to generate a System Report from the viewLinc Enterprise Server.

  1. Log in to viewLinc Enterprise Server as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to the Reports tab.

  3. Generate a System report that includes Device information in Excel (.xlsx) format. The default Complete system report is suitable for this purpose.

  4. Wait for the report to be generated and download it to your computer from the Downloads tab.
  5. Open the report in Microsoft Excel and switch to the Devices worksheet. The firmware version of each device is listed in the Firmware version column.
