- To remove the PSU501 top cover, unscrew the fastening screws (6 pcs) and lift the cover. Use either a 5.5‑mm flat head screwdriver or a pozidriv screwdriver (PZ2).

To remove the PSU501 inner cover, unscrew the M4 nuts (5 pcs) and lift the cover.

Locate the battery cables in the enclosure.
The cables are red/black. The other ends are connected to the battery terminals and the other ends to the component board.

On the component board, disconnect the battery by unplugging the green cable connector
plug.
- Put the inner cover back in place.

To fasten the nuts, first turn each nut a few rounds one by one.
Then tighten the nuts hand-tight.
- Put the top cover back in place.

Tighten the screws until the cover makes good contact with the surface of the enclosure
base.

To reconnect the battery, follow 1 – 8. In 4, instead of unplugging, attach the green cable connector plug to the
component board. After the cable is connected, check that the component board status LED
is blinking green every 10 seconds.
