Only administrators can perform this
task.
Administrators and operators can receive
notifications about measurement alerts and device alerts. You can enable notifications for
each user.

Select Settings in the navigation menu.

Select the Users and rights tab.

Select a user from the list.

Enable alert notifications.
Jade Smart Cloud can send alert notifications via email and via text message.

Select if you want the user to receive measurement or device alert notifications via
email.

Select if you want the user to receive measurement or device alert notifications via
text message.
To enable text message notifications, select Send request to
request the user to verify their phone number, and consent to receiving text messages from
Jade Smart Cloud. Once the Phone number verification status is
Verified and the User's consent status is
Granted, the user will start receiving text message
notifications.
