Alert notifications - Jade Smart Cloud

Administrator users can enable notifications for Operator users.

Email notifications

Email notifications are enabled for each top-level measurement group separately. Email notifications can be enabled in Settings > Users and rights. By default, email notifications are set as disabled.

Text message notifications (add-on feature)

Text message notifications are enabled for each top-level measurement group separately. Text message notifications can be enabled in Settings > Users and rights. By default, text message notifications are set as disabled.

Restrictions to receiving text messages may apply depending on the country of residence.

When enabling text message notifications, the user has to verify their phone number and grant consent to receive text messages from Jade Smart Cloud.
