To make it clear that an active alert has been noticed by a user with the appropriate role, all alerts in Jade Smart Cloud have an acknowledgment status:

All new triggered alerts automatically start by having the unacknowledged status.

When any user with the appropriate access acknowledges them, alerts become acknowledged.
You can acknowledge the alerts in the Alerts page, the Measurements page, the Devices page.
The Alerts page shows alerts separately based on their acknowledgment status. Unacknowledged alerts are given the best visibility as they are shown on the Current tab. If an alert has become deactivated but has not been acknowledged, it remains visible on the Current tab until it is acknowledged.
On the list of current alerts, you can use the filters to show only the desired alerts. The following figure shows a list of current active alerts.
You can acknowledge a single alert event by selecting Acknowledge or all alerts at once by selecting Acknowledge all.
