User role determines what a user can do in Jade Smart Cloud. There are 3 user roles:
- Users with Administrator role have full control of the Jade account and can perform all tasks, including the management of other users.
- Users with Operator role have view-only access to measurements, devices, and alerts associated with specified sites. Additionally, operators can acknowledge alerts and generate reports for their specified measurement groups.
- Users with Viewer role have view-only access to the Measurements page of specified measurement groups.
