  1. Make sure the cabinet doors are closed.
    Open cabinet door can interfere with the measurement and the device will not provide more results until the door has been closed for a full measurement cycle.
  2. From the user interface, check that the system status is Measuring or Autocalibrating.
  3. From Measurements, check that there are new measurement points from a few hours ago.
