The MGP260 flow-through adapter (Vaisala order code: 258877) is used in sampling line installations and field calibration and adjustment to achieve a controlled flow of gas to the probe.
The flow-through adapter is delivered assembled with a mounting clamp, mounting plate, and a gland for attaching the probe to the adapter. Figure 1 shows the main parts of the flow-through adapter and mounting kit.

- Probe gland (M50/9x1.5, 37 - 42 mm) tightening nut for inserting and removing the probe: only open and tighten from the tightening nut

- Probe gland locknut: locked to the threads with Loctite threadlocker, do not rotate

- Gas tube inlet and outlet ports (G 1/8) on opposite sides of the adapter body
