Switch off AC (mains) power.
WARNING To make sure that there is no AC (mains) power available for the system, disconnect the AC (mains) cable (AC in).

Disconnect the Ethernet cables and pull out the component from the DIN rail.
Place the screwdriver in the middle center of the surge protection unit and lift the screwdriver to release the surge protection unit.
