  • 7-mm socket wrench
  • Flathead screwdriver (for releasing unit from DIN rail)

Make sure that you have the replacement spare part available.

WARNING Do not open the power supply unit. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the unit. If the power supply unit is faulty, replace it.
  1. Switch off AC (mains) power.
    WARNING To make sure that there is no AC (mains) power available for the system, disconnect the AC (mains) cable (AC in).

  2. Open the screws and remove the protective cover that is below the AC/DC power supply.

    This is done to gain access to the AC/DC power supply.

  3. Use a flathead screwdriver to disconnect the green connectors from the AC/DC power supply.
  4. Use a flathead screwdriver or similar tool to remove the AC/DC power supply from the DIN rail.

    There is a lock at the bottom center of the AC/DC power supply. Press the screwdriver against the lock and lift the screwdriver upwards to release the AC/DC power supply.

  5. Attach the replacement AC/DC power supply on the DIN rail.
  6. Attach the connectors to the AC/DC power supply.

    The one at the front has the red wire and the one behind it has the black wire.

  7. Reattach the protective cover with the 2 screws.
  8. Connect the power.
