To power up, connect a power cable to the DMU801 connector X4.
Connector X6 is for sensor heating power.
Wait for DMU801 to power up. It can take up to 1 minute.
Always connect the power supply before the
USB‑C cable, if both are connected. If you connect the USB‑C cable first, the voltage
supply for plug‑in module Vsupply pins may remain off even after the power supply is connected.
DMU801 can receive power through a mere
USB connection, too, but with limited functionality.
Do not use USB powering if you have DME801 or DMX801 plug‑in modules included in your
DMU801. Also, USB connection as the only power source does not power sensors connected
through the plug‑in modules (Vsupply pins).
