Pressing the Reset button briefly reboots DMU801.

Pressing and holding the Reset button down for 10 seconds resets DMU801. All device settings are reverted back to factory settings. After the factory reset, you need to reconfigure the settings.

  1. Unplug the USB‑C cable (if connected).
  2. Press and hold down the Reset button in the DMU801 front panel with a small pin for 10 seconds.

    The reset takes up to 1 minute.

  3. After the reset, log in to the Web UI, give the device activation code, and create a new user account.
  4. Configure all the settings again.
