Vaisala DMU801 Configuration Tool is a visual tool for creating and modifying weather station configuration files, which define how a specific weather station works.
The tool allows specifying the incoming and outgoing data connections, definitions for sensor and component connections, performed calculations, and outgoing reports, and displays a visualization of the data flow with colored nodes.
You can upload the resulting configuration file directly from the tool to DMU801 over USB or TCP/IP connection.
You can also download the file to be distributed to one or several stations with, for example, Vaisala Observation Network Manager NM10. After deployment, you can modify station-specific details, such as station altitude and station name, remotely using NM10 or DMU801 Web UI.
