Recycle all applicable material. |
Disposal of Vaisala products is to be done according to local laws and regulations. We encourage end-users to segregate the products from other waste at end-of-life and use best available recycling practices to minimize related environmental impacts. Almost all of the parts in our products can be recovered as material or energy. If applicable, Vaisala recommends removing the battery unit before recycling the rest of the device as typical electronic waste. The battery unit can be recycled separately in accordance with local waste management practices and regulations. Integrated small sized batteries are typically left in place and removed by professionals at the recycling facilities. |
