Make sure that you have the replacement spare part available.

  1. Switch off both AC (mains) power switch and battery switch.

    Make sure that there is no AC (mains) power available for the system.

  2. Open the 2 screws but do not remove them. Pull them approximately 5 mm out from the mast or sensor support arm.

  3. Lift the measurement unit carefully up, and cut the cable tie that holds the rubber cover in place. Remove the rubber cover.
  4. Disconnect the cable from the measurement unit.
  5. Disconnect the cable from the cable gland in the interface unit and disconnect the wires.

  6. Connect the replacement cable to the cable gland in the interface unit and connect the wires on the connector board.
    The board includes markings to indicate how to connect the wires.

  7. Connect the cable to the measurement unit. Attach the rubber cover with a cable tie.
  8. Mount the measurement unit in place and fix with the 2 screws.
  9. Power up the system.
