The following commands are available for use in the command line interface (CLI) of FD70.

FD70 commands
Command Description Reference

open [<device type identifier> ] [<device identifier>]

open [<device type identifier> ] *

Establishes maintenance connection to the system.

Use asterisk (*) (hex 0x2a) to access a device with an unknown device identifier.

OPEN command
close Closes maintenance connection to the system. CLOSE command
get <parameter> Returns the value of a given parameter. GET command
set <parameter> <value> Defines the value of a given parameter. SET command
getset <parameter> <value> Returns the value of a given parameter preceded by SET. GETSET command
help Lists available commands.
level <level>

Sets user access rights for the session.

Levels are:

  • 0 = read-only (default)
  • 1 = basic admin
  • 2 = advanced admin
LEVEL command
mode <mode> [receiver]

Changes the device mode to cleaning and calibration.

  • [receiver] = 1 (default) main receiver
  • [receiver] = 2 = side receiver
MODE command
status Shows status of the system. STATUS command
elog [count]

Displays event log.

  • [count] = max. number of entries to show
  • default 20

elog clear hides entries

elog --cleared shows hidden entries

ELOG command
system Lists information about the device, including serial numbers and software versions. SYSTEM command
reset Resets the system. RESET command
swupdate <target> <link> Updates the software. Updating software on site

This product uses open source software. Use the command SYSTEM LICENCES to view the list of OSS licenses.

Executing the command over a serial line may take a long time.
