The following parameters are used with the GET, GETSET, and SET commands.

The following levels are in use:

  • Level 0: read access
  • Level 1: write access to basic parameters
  • Level 2: write access to advanced parameters

To change the user level, use the level command.

It is possible to adjust the level of window contamination (in percentage) required to produce an indication (I), warning (W), or alarm (A). You can adjust the limits separately for transmitter, receiver(s), and path(s).

WARNING

Contact Vaisala before changing any warning or alarm limits. If you set the contamination alarm limit too high, measurement quality may become compromised without the device reporting about the condition.

When FD70 is installed in a high-humidity environment with strong condensation, the standard heater settings may not be enough to keep FD70 windows free from condensation. In high-humidity environments, Vaisala recommends using the following settings.
