Water concentration by volume H2O ppm Parts per million value is a unit of water concentration per amount of air in volume fraction in units ppmv or m3/m3.
H2O + H2O2 dew point temperature Td (H2O + H2O2) °C Dew point is the temperature to which a gas sample must be cooled to reach condensation. At this point, measured water vapor pressure equals to water vapor saturation pressure. At the presence of H2O2 vapor, the actual dew point is dependent on the amount of both water and H2O2 vapor, and it differs from the dew point measured with a traditional humidity sensor.

The probe provides both digital and analog outputs.
