Service pages provide tools for servicing the DGA monitor, troubleshooting problems, and recovering from error states:
- Diagnostics package tool generates a diagnostic file package for use by Vaisala. The package can be used by Vaisala support to diagnose any issues you may have with the DGA monitor.
- Bleeding tool is used to bleed excess gas out of the DGA monitor. Running this tool is only necessary if a device alert indicates the presence of excess gas in the system.
- Configuration package tool is used for installing a customized configuration package that has been sent by Vaisala.
- Software update tool is on its own page. To update the software version of the DGA monitor, contact Vaisala helpdesk to get the software update file.
