The diagnostic package can be used by Vaisala support to diagnose any issues you may have
with the DGA monitor. The diagnostic data in the file is intended for use only by
Vaisala.

Connect to the user interface as the Admin user.

Select Service to open the Service tools page, and locate the Diagnostics package tool.

If a data package has been previously generated, a file name and the generation date
are shown. Select the file name to download the package.

To generate a new package, select Generate new. Any existing package will be overwritten. Generating the package may take up to 20
min.

Send diagnostics package to Vaisala support through MyVaisala, if possible.
