The following figure shows how to connect a temperature sensor (Pt1000) to the transmitter.

After wiring the sensor cable and connecting it to WXT536, you can configure the analog input with Vaisala Configuration Tool.

To open the configuration window, select Settings > Analog inputs.

Set the Aux. temperature averaging time parameter.

The Aux. temperature averaging time parameter defines the TM-Pt1000 temperature sensor measurement averaging time in seconds. It is defined as the length of the time window where WXT536 calculates the temperature average within the update interval window.

The following figure represents the temperature measurement averaging for measurement update interval (I) and averaging time (A).

Type the value and select OK.
