  • 4‑mm and 6‑mm Allen keys

To assemble the mast, you need:

  • Aluminum top section (1 pc)
  • Guy rod flange (1 pc) (if you use additional middle guyings, 2 pcs)
  • Hex screw ISO4762 M8×20 (15 pcs)
  • Joining element (2 pcs)
  • Mast tube 2 (1 pc)
  • Mast tube 3 (1 pc)
  • Set screw DIN913 M8×20 (2 pcs)
  • Washer DIN125 B8.4 (15 pcs)
Connect the mast tubes on the ground or on an appropriate support, such as the support stand. Place the support between mast tubes 2 and 3.
  1. Attach a joining element to mast tube 1. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

  2. Attach mast tube 2 to the joining element. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

  3. If you have 2 guy rod flanges, install one of them before attaching mast tube 3.

    Set screw DIN913 M8×20 (2 pcs). Tightening torque 5 Nm.
  4. Attach the second joining element to mast tube 2. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

  5. Attach mast tube 3 to the joining element. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

  6. Attach a second guy rod flange and the aluminum top section to mast tube 3.
  7. Align the bent part of the guy rod flange or flanges towards the guy wire foundations.
