- Strip approximately 40 cm (16 in) of the cable.
- Leave the heating power supply wires (blue, red, gray, and pink) to that length. Cut the rest of the wires to approximately 15 cm (6 in).
-
To make wiring easier, you can remove the circuit breaker from the DIN rail.
- To detach the circuit breaker from the DIN rail, use a long flathead screwdriver to slide down the locking piece at the bottom of the circuit breaker.
- You can also remove the power supply if needed.
- Join the heating ( + ) wires (gray and pink) in one ferrule and connect them to terminal 2 of the circuit breaker.
- Join the heating ( − ) wires (blue and red) in one ferrule and connect them to terminal N of the circuit breaker.
- To reattach the circuit breaker, insert the circuit breaker on the DIN rail and snap it into place.
-
Make sure that the heating wires are neatly tucked in between the components.
CAUTION Do not tie the WMT700 heating power supply wires to the AC wires. -
Terminate the rest of the WMT700 cable wires in a 10‑pin connector according to the
following table.
