CAUTION To comply with FCC and Industry Canada RF radiation exposure limits for general population, the antenna used for the WLAN transmitter in DMU703 must be installed so that a minimum separation distance of 20 cm (7.87 in) is maintained between the radiator (antenna) and all persons at all times. The antenna must not be co‑located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
The WLAN antenna is connected to DMU703 at the factory. Follow these instructions if you are adding the antenna to an existing DMU703.
  1. Insert the WLAN antenna on the WLAN connector in DMU703. Rotate the connector part of the antenna to fasten it.
  2. Rotate the longer part of the antenna so that it points upwards (on standard backplate) or sideways (on slim backplate).
