Vaisala Air Quality Transmitter AQT530 has been replaced with AQT560.

The length of Rain Gauge RG13H cable has been corrected to 10 m (32 ft 10 in).

RWS200 and DMU703 software version 7.0 contains the following changes related to this document:

• Support for sharing observations between several RWS200 stations has been added. For more information, see RWS200 Observation Sharing Configuration Guide (M213114EN).
• Support for sending camera images over HTTPS to a data collection system has been added.
• Default DMU703 user accounts have been removed. If you take a new DMU703 into use, you need to create the user accounts when logging in to the Web UI for the first time.
• IX20 cellular router is now delivered with the firewall enabled.

With these security enhancements, RWS200 is compliant with Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) by fulfilling EN 18031‑1:2024.

Support for up to 4 DRI701 cards has been added, providing connections for up to 8 DRS511 and DTS12G or FP2000 and DTS210 sensors.

The 26 Ah backup battery has been replaced with 2 options for different operating temperatures:

• With the 24 Ah battery, the weather station operating temperature is −40 … +50 °C (−40 … +122 °F)
• With the 28 Ah battery or without a battery, the weather station operating temperature is −40 … +60 °C (−40 … +140 °F)

The AC (mains) switch has been removed from the AC input assembly. You must install a disconnection device outside the enclosure to enable switching off AC power.

A new enclosure, ENC653, has been added to the offering.

Digi WR21 cellular router has been removed from the offering. It has been replaced with Digi IX20 cellular router.

System release 5.2.0 contains the following changes that relate to this manual:

• Instructions for installing the splice kit for embedded road sensors have been added.
• Instructions for installing the disconnecting device for AC (mains) power, DC power, and large solar panels have been added.
• Instructions for connecting the backup battery and AC (mains) power have been updated.
