Configuring wind direction offset - RWS200

If you cannot align the sensor so that the arrow points North, make a wind direction offset by configuring the deviation angle in the sensor.

1. Mount the sensor to the desired position.
2. Define the deviation angle from the North (zero) alignment.

   

Write down the sensor installation height, installation orientation (array facing up or down), and wind direction offset (deviation angle). This is needed for the metadata in the Web UI.
