Contact Vaisala technical support at helpdesk@vaisala.com. Provide at least the following supporting information as applicable:

• Product name and serial number in the subject field:

  RWS200 <serial number>

  The serial number is printed on the type label.

• Software/Firmware version
• Name and location of the installation site
• Name and contact information of a technical person who can provide further information on the problem

• If possible, append the following files to the message:

  • The latest station summary report
  • The latest exported configuration file
  • Event log
• Prepare to provide remote access to the Web UI port (8443) and SSH port.
