Once HMT140 Utility software is successfully installed, you can set up your data monitoring device.
To set up an HMT140 data logger for the first time:
- Make sure HMT140 Configuration Cable is disconnected from your PC.
- Open the HMT140 cover.
- Make sure the power switch on the device is in the OFF position.
- Install 3 pcs 3.6V lithium batteries. For the recommended battery type, see Options and accessories.
- Turn the power switch on the device to the ON position, and wait for the setup process to complete (5 seconds). LED light turns on, then off.
