If your computer has the Windows 10
operating system and it does not respond to data export in BL‑View (), try logging in as an administrator.

To permanently fix the issue, right-click the BL-View icon on your desktop, select , and check the box for Run as administrator.

To fix the issue for the current BL-View session:
- Right-click the BL-View icon on
your desktop and select Run as administrator.
- On your computer, browse to , right-click on BL-View, and select Run
as administrator.
