| Sensor communication settings are not correct. | Check that the communication settings of the ceilometer and BL-View match. | |
| Out of disk space | The free disk space allocated for history files in the history folder has fallen below the predefined limit. The system has stopped saving data in the history files. |
Make more disk space available in the history folder so that saving can continue. The system continues saving history files when enough free disk space is available in the folder. |
| Output directory error | Invalid directory path specified. | Restart your computer. |
| Port error | BL-View cannot open the serial port. | Make sure that the computer has the corresponding serial port. If you are using a USB extender, verify that it is connected, working properly, and not reserved by another application. |
| Message received from ceilometer <ceilometer> with wrong message type <message type>, configured message type is <message type> | BL-View cannot parse the ceilometer data message. | Check that the message type selected in BL-View communication settings matches the ceilometer settings. Change if necessary. |
| Roacontrol | Remote object monitor fault detected. | System error. Contact Vaisala technical support. |
