The aV! command starts verification. However, WMT700 does not return verification data directly after this command. It sends a response that specifies when the verification results can be retrieved using the aD0! command and the number of parameters. The WMT700 verification data includes a watchdog count, sensor measurement unit settings, and the current SDI mode setting.
